How do I make a purchase?

It is really simple to purchase some sweets. Browse our website and click on any items that you wish to buy, this will put them into your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping click on the checkout button. You will then by prompted to add some details to enable us to process the order, such as your name and address.

You will then need to pay for your order with your credit or debit card, these are handled by our secure credit card processing facility.

If you are shopping from outside the UK your credit or debit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.

What is the best before date on your sweets?

All of our sweets have long best before dates of at least 6 months, although in most cases the best before dates are over 12 months. All of our chocolate products have a best before date of at least 3 months, although in most cases the best before dates are approximately 6-12 months.

Can I order sweets if I am outside the UK?

Yes you can! The shopping cart on the website will work everything out for you from taxes and the shipping options and charges. If you have any issues with your order please email us at info@kandystation.co.uk and we will be pleased to help.

Please note that import taxes are the duty of the customer to pay, if applicable.

Do you have a shop?

Unfortunately, we don’t have shop, we are online only.

Can I place an order by telephone?

Yes, you can order by telephone and pay with your credit or debit card over the phone, just give us a call on 0151 678 9383 or Freephone 0800 009 6252.

How secure is my information?

Kandy Station is hosted on a secure server that is encrypted to the highest standards in the industry.

Whenever you enter any personal information into our website, such as your name or address the website is secured – you can see this as the domain name starts with https rather than just http, depending on what browser you are using you may also see a padlock.

All of your credit and debit card details are handled by SagePay or PayPal, these are our card processing partners and they are the best around.

What do you do with my information?

We never sell or market your information. We will only share your information with our trusted partners for the purpose of processing your order. We may send you details of our special offers, competitions, news, etc.

All of our email communications to you will give you the opportunity to have your details removed from our mailing list should you communication preferences change.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days from the date of placing the order. However, we aim to be (and generally are) quicker than this. If you need your order by a certain date (e.g. a birthday or event) please let us know that when you order so we can ensure that your order is delivered to you in time. Unfortunately, orders may not be delivered as quickly to some remote parts of the UK.

If you need your delivery quickly you can always select the express delivery option for delivery the next working day if the order is placed before midday. Unfortunately, this service is not available to some remote parts of the UK.

We don’t send orders on a Saturday or Sunday or UK bank holidays.

Can I have my order delivered on a Saturday?

Yes, we offer delivery on Saturdays; unfortunately there is a £10.00 surcharge for Saturdays.

Can I have my order delivered on a Sunday?

Unfortunately we do not offer delivery on Sundays.

What if I’m not happy with my order?

We really want to you to be delighted with your order. However, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order pleased return the sweets, in their original condition to Kandy Station, Unit 13, Arrowe Commercial Park, Arrowe Park, Wirral, CH49 1AB. Please note that unwanted orders must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Please enclosed your contact details and any paperwork and labels sent out with the products, this will allow us to process your return quickly.
